Diet Cooking Tip #5: Boiling

Boiling is a great manner to cook vegetables. Keep in mind as stated before, it can take away some of the food's nutrients. To keep the nutrients locked in, look for vegetables that come in small ready to cook bags, these packages can be boiled directly without having to come into contact with the water. Cooking Tip #6: Frying

We set aside this as the final piece, because it's virtually the high point of this piece of writing. Frying unfortunately doesn't score well as a diet cooking technique, because it involves a lot of oil and seasonings. If you really have to do some frying, ensure that you take away as much oil as you can - every drop equates to a few more calories that your body doesn't need.
